Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer a smooth experience with our services. However, if you wish to cancel or request a refund, please review the policy below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Pooja/Seva Bookings: Non-refundable once booked.

• Accommodation or Package Bookings:

  • 100% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in.

  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in.

2. Cancellation by Us

• If a booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, temple closures, etc.), you will receive a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
